Workers’ Compensation Attorney in Los Angeles
Ethan has been involved in the workers’ compensation industry since late 2008 when he began working for one of the largest applicant firms in southern California. His humble beginnings included answering phones and processing the mail, literally teaching himself the workers’ compensation system from scratch. Early in his legal career in workers’ compensation, Ethan noticed clients were being ignored or mistreated without anyone to answer their questions as the cases progressed, and it seemed to be a common theme in the industry. He felt that this was an industry that needed to change. As time passed, Ethan began making appearances in court and decided to apply to law school. It was during law school when Ethan made it his goal to start a firm that provided clients with the attention and respect that they deserved, and still aggressively litigating on their behalf. Ethan continued to work full time through law school, still managing to graduate magna cum laude. After passing the California bar exam, Ethan spent the next few years honing his litigation skills. Over time, Ethan has obtained significant experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation. He prides himself on his litigation work, including cross-examinations, trials and even appeals. Ethan has handled many trials, quite a few of which required multiple days of testimony, with successful results. Despite all of the experience he has, Ethan is still a student of the law, attending educational courses and reading case law to improve his ability to help his clients. Visionary Law Group was started based in-part on Ethan’s drive to create a better experience for our clients. Feel free to check our reviews, you will see the type of relationship Ethan has established with clients throughout the litigation process. Ethan has always believed that these relationships are key to the success of Visionary Law Group, as many of our clients are referrals from previous clients who were happy with the level of representation they received.
